Chef Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Agreement allows numnum to legally receive, host, review, publish, display, distribute, promote, translate, format, edit, monetize, and otherwise use chef-submitted recipes and related content on the numnum platform.

This Agreement also explains your responsibilities as a chef contributor, including content ownership, recipe accuracy, food safety, allergens, media rights, payout rules, platform rules, and legal protection for numnum.

2. Electronic Acceptance

You agree that tapping “I Agree” inside the numnum application is your electronic acceptance of this Agreement.

Your electronic acceptance has the same effect as signing a written agreement.

numnum may store records of your acceptance, including:

• Your user account ID
• Your chef profile ID
• Agreement version
• Date and time of acceptance
• IP address if available
• Device or browser information if available
• User agent if available
• Any other technical record reasonably needed to prove acceptance.

You understand that you may not continue to the chef area or submit recipes unless you accept the active version of this Agreement.

3. Independent Contributor Status

You are an independent contributor.

Nothing in this Agreement creates:

• An employment relationship
• A partnership
• A joint venture
• An agency relationship
• A franchise relationship
• A guaranteed contractor relationship
• A fiduciary relationship
• Any guaranteed long-term business relationship.

You are not an employee of numnum.

You may not represent numnum, bind numnum, make promises on behalf of numnum, sign contracts for numnum, or act as numnum’s legal representative.

You are responsible for your own taxes, filings, registrations, permits, licenses, insurance, government obligations, and professional compliance related to your chef activities and any income you may receive.

4. Chef Account Eligibility

By using chef features, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to enter into this Agreement
• You are old enough to legally accept this Agreement in your location
• All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will keep your account information updated
• You will not impersonate another person, chef, restaurant, brand, business, or organization
• You will not create an account using false, stolen, misleading, or unauthorized information
• You will comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and this Agreement.

numnum may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate your chef account if we believe your account creates legal, safety, operational, business, or platform integrity risk.

5. Chef Access

Chefs do not subscribe to numnum.

Chefs are content contributors and may create recipes according to the platform’s current rules.

numnum may require acceptance of this Agreement before a chef can continue to the chef area, create recipes, submit recipes, publish recipes, or use chef tools.

numnum may update chef access rules from time to time for safety, legal, compliance, quality, operational, or business reasons.

6. Content Covered by This Agreement

This Agreement applies to all content submitted, uploaded, entered, posted, published, shared, or provided by you to numnum, including:

• Recipes
• Recipe titles
• Recipe descriptions
• Ingredient lists
• Ingredient quantities
• Cooking instructions
• Cooking steps
• Timer values
• Serving sizes
• Difficulty levels
• Cuisine information
• Category information
• Nutrition information
• Allergen information
• Dietary tags
• Photos
• Videos
• Audio
• Chef profile image
• Chef biography
• Comments or replies
• Promotional content
• Any other text, media, files, or information you provide.

All of the above is called “Chef Content.”

7. Ownership of Chef Content

You keep ownership of your original Chef Content, subject to the license granted to numnum in this Agreement.

Submitting Chef Content does not give you ownership rights in:

• The numnum platform
• The numnum app
• The numnum website
• numnum branding
• numnum software
• numnum design
• numnum user interface
• numnum business model
• numnum customer relationships
• numnum subscription revenue
• numnum analytics
• numnum insights
• numnum data systems
• numnum marketing materials created by numnum
• Any platform assets created by numnum.

8. License Granted to numnum

By submitting Chef Content, you grant numnum a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use your Chef Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, protecting, and commercializing numnum.

This license includes the right to:

• Host
• Store
• Copy
• Reproduce
• Publish
• Display
• Distribute
• Stream
• Transmit
• Format
• Edit
• Crop
• Resize
• Compress
• Translate
• Adapt
• Modify presentation
• Create excerpts
• Create previews
• Use in marketing
• Use in advertisements
• Use in social media
• Use in emails
• Use in app-store listings
• Use in customer-facing pages
• Use in chef profile pages
• Use in subscription features
• Use in search and recommendation systems
• Use in internal testing
• Use in analytics
• Use for platform improvement.

This license allows numnum to make your Chef Content available through the app, website, mobile app wrappers, emails, social media, paid ads, affiliate channels, partner channels, and other related distribution methods.

You agree that numnum may continue using Chef Content already published, promoted, saved, cached, backed up, archived, distributed, or included in historical records even if your account is later suspended, closed, deleted, or terminated, where permitted by law.

9. No Guaranteed Publication

Submitting Chef Content does not guarantee publication.

numnum may, at its discretion:

• Publish content
• Refuse content
• Delay publication
• Edit formatting
• Add tags
• Remove tags
• Change categories
• Add disclaimers
• Hide content
• Remove content
• Restrict content
• Feature content
• Stop featuring content
• Translate content
• Correct spelling
• Request changes
• Reject content
• Delete content.

numnum is not required to explain every editorial, moderation, operational, or business decision.

10. Originality and Rights

You confirm that any Chef Content you submit is either:

• Created by you
• Owned by you
• Properly licensed to you; or
• Content you otherwise have the legal right to submit and allow numnum to use.

You agree that your Chef Content will not infringe or violate:

• Copyright rights
• Trademark rights
• Privacy rights
• Publicity rights
• Moral rights
• Confidentiality obligations
• Employment agreements
• Contractor agreements
• Restaurant agreements
• Platform rules
• Any applicable law or regulation.

You must not upload copied recipes, copied written descriptions, copied images, copied videos, copyrighted music, restaurant-owned materials, cookbook content, social media content, stock media without proper rights, or third-party content unless you have the legal right to do so.

You are responsible for all claims related to the ownership, originality, legality, or use of your Chef Content.

11. Recipe Inspiration and Third-Party Sources

You understand that cooking methods, ingredients, and general food ideas may be inspired by culture, family traditions, common methods, or public knowledge.

However, you must not copy another person’s protected written expression, photos, videos, creative presentation, unique recipe description, branded content, or media without permission.

If your recipe is inspired by another source, you are responsible for ensuring your submitted wording, media, presentation, and content are lawful and original enough to be submitted to numnum.

numnum is not responsible for checking the ownership history of every recipe or media file you submit.

12. Media Rights

If you upload photos, videos, audio, or other media, you confirm that you own or have full legal rights to upload and license that media to numnum.

You must not upload:

• Photos taken by someone else without permission
• Restaurant images you do not own
• Stock images without proper license
• Videos with copyrighted music without permission
• Media containing people who did not consent
• Media containing minors without appropriate guardian consent
• Media containing private information
• Media containing third-party logos or brands in a misleading way
• Offensive, unsafe, illegal, misleading, or harmful media.

You are solely responsible for legal claims related to uploaded media.

13. People Appearing in Media

If any person appears in your uploaded media, you confirm that you have permission from that person to upload and allow numnum to use the media.

If the person is a minor, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

numnum may remove media containing people if we believe proper consent was not obtained.

14. Chef Profile Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your chef profile information.

You must not include:

• False qualifications
• Fake awards
• Misleading experience claims
• Unauthorized brand names
• Restaurant names you do not have permission to use
• False health claims
• False nutrition credentials
• Offensive content
• Misleading or illegal information.

numnum may edit, hide, remove, or restrict profile content that violates this Agreement or platform rules.

15. Recipe Accuracy

You are responsible for making sure your recipes are accurate, complete, clear, and reasonably safe.

This includes:

• Ingredient names
• Ingredient quantities
• Units
• Preparation instructions
• Cooking instructions
• Cooking temperatures
• Cooking times
• Step order
• Timer values
• Serving sizes
• Difficulty levels
• Storage instructions if provided
• Reheating instructions if provided
• Food safety notes if provided
• Substitutions or optional ingredients if provided.

You must not submit recipes that are dangerously incomplete, misleading, unsafe, harmful, or likely to cause injury if reasonably followed.

numnum may remove, restrict, or modify content that appears unsafe, unclear, misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate.

16. Food Safety Responsibility

You understand that food preparation can involve risks, including:

• Allergic reactions
• Cross-contamination
• Undercooking
• Foodborne illness
• Burns
• Cuts
• Fire hazards
• Choking hazards
• Unsafe storage
• Unsafe reheating
• Unsafe ingredient handling
• Unsafe equipment use.

You agree to provide reasonable and safe cooking instructions.

You must not encourage unsafe cooking practices.

Users remain responsible for their own ingredients, equipment, cooking environment, skill level, substitutions, allergies, health conditions, and safety precautions.

17. Allergy Responsibility

You must identify known allergens in your recipes where applicable.

Common allergens may include, but are not limited to:

• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Milk / dairy
• Eggs
• Wheat / gluten / triticale
• Soy
• Fish
• Shellfish
• Sesame
• Mustard
• Sulphites / sulfites.

You understand that allergen information may be incomplete or may vary depending on ingredient brands, substitutions, cross-contamination, preparation methods, and user choices.

You must not claim that a recipe is allergen-free unless the claim is accurate.

You must not claim that a recipe is safe for a person with allergies unless the claim is accurate and you are qualified to make that statement.

Users are responsible for checking ingredients, labels, packaging, substitutions, cross-contamination risks, and medical suitability.

numnum may add allergy disclaimers and may require allergen tagging.

18. Nutrition and Health Information

If you submit nutrition information, you agree that it must be entered honestly and to the best of your knowledge.

Nutrition information may include:

• Calories
• Protein
• Carbohydrates
• Fat
• Sugar
• Sodium
• Fiber
• Other nutritional values.

Nutrition information may vary based on ingredient brands, ingredient sizes, measurement accuracy, cooking methods, substitutions, serving sizes, countries, and preparation methods.

Unless verified by a qualified professional, nutrition information should be treated as an estimate.

You must not provide medical advice, disease-treatment advice, diagnosis, health guarantees, diet guarantees, or claims that a recipe cures, treats, prevents, or diagnoses any disease or condition.

Users should consult qualified professionals for medical, dietary, allergy, pregnancy, child nutrition, or health-related decisions.

19. Cost Information

If cost estimates are shown or submitted, you understand that they are estimates only.

Recipe cost may vary based on:

• Country
• City
• Store
• Brand
• Season
• Promotions
• Availability
• Inflation
• Ingredient substitutions
• Portion sizes
• Currency
• Tax
• Delivery charges.

You must not guarantee that a user can purchase ingredients at a specific price unless numnum clearly supports that claim.

numnum may disable, delay, hide, or modify cost estimate features at any time.

20. Dietary Tags

If you add dietary tags such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, low-carb, high-protein, healthy, budget-friendly, or similar labels, you are responsible for ensuring they are accurate.

You must not misuse dietary tags.

You understand that dietary classification may vary based on ingredients, substitutions, brands, preparation methods, and user expectations.

numnum may modify or remove dietary tags.

21. No Professional Advice

Chef Content is provided for general cooking and informational purposes only.

Unless separately verified and approved by numnum, Chef Content must not be treated as:

• Medical advice
• Nutrition advice
• Allergy advice
• Dietitian advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional safety advice
• Religious certification
• Food certification
• Health certification.

You agree not to present yourself as providing professional advice through numnum unless you are legally qualified and numnum has approved that presentation.

22. Sponsored Content and Promotions

If you include or reference any brand, product, restaurant, ingredient supplier, sponsor, affiliate link, discount, free product, partnership, paid promotion, gifted item, or other material connection, you must clearly disclose it to numnum.

You must not submit hidden advertising, undisclosed sponsorships, fake endorsements, misleading promotions, or deceptive marketing.

numnum may require disclosure labels, reject promotional content, remove promotional content, or restrict promotional features.

You are responsible for complying with advertising, influencer marketing, consumer protection, and disclosure laws that apply to you.

23. Ratings, Reviews, and User Feedback

You understand and agree that users may:

• Rate your recipes
• Review your recipes
• Save your recipes
• Share your recipes
• Comment on your recipes if enabled
• Report your recipes
• Compare your recipes with other recipes
• Leave positive or negative feedback.

numnum is not responsible for user opinions, ratings, reviews, or feedback, except where required by law.

You must not:

• Submit fake reviews
• Ask others to submit fake reviews
• Manipulate ratings
• Threaten users over reviews
• Harass users
• Offer undisclosed compensation for positive reviews
• Create fake user accounts to improve your ratings
• Attempt to remove legitimate negative feedback through improper means.

numnum may moderate, hide, remove, or restrict reviews according to platform rules.

24. Chef Compensation and Payouts

Chef compensation is not guaranteed.

If numnum offers chef payouts, payout eligibility and payout amounts are determined by numnum’s current payout system.

The current intended payout model may include:

• A chef payout pool based on a percentage of subscription revenue
• Published recipe count
• Average rating
• Review volume
• Administrative adjustments
• Refunds
• Chargebacks
• Fraud prevention
• Taxes
• Payment processing costs
• Currency conversion
• Platform policy decisions.

The current intended formula may use:

Chef Pool = Monthly Subscription Revenue × Chef Pool Percentage

Chef Score = (0.40 × Recipe Score) + (0.40 × Rating Score) + (0.20 × Review Score)

Chef Payout = (Chef Score ÷ Total Chef Scores) × Chef Pool

numnum may update, modify, pause, replace, or discontinue the payout model at any time, subject to applicable law and any written commitments made by numnum.

Estimated earnings shown in the app are not guaranteed and may change before final payout approval.

You are not entitled to payment unless the payout is approved by numnum and all payout requirements are satisfied.

25. Payout Eligibility

To be eligible for payout, you may be required to:

• Have an active chef account
• Have published recipes
• Provide accurate payout information
• Provide tax information if required
• Comply with this Agreement
• Avoid fraud or manipulation
• Avoid fake reviews
• Avoid copied content
• Avoid unsafe content
• Meet payment provider requirements
• Meet minimum payout thresholds if implemented
• Pass security or compliance checks if required.

numnum may withhold, delay, reduce, reverse, or cancel payouts if:

• Fraud is suspected
• Reviews are manipulated
• Content is infringing
• Content is unsafe
• Content violates this Agreement
• A payment provider blocks payment
• Required tax or identity information is missing
• There are refunds, disputes, or chargebacks
• There is a legal, compliance, or security concern
• The payout calculation contains an error
• numnum reasonably determines that payout would create legal or business risk.

26. No Guaranteed Revenue

numnum does not guarantee:

• Recipe views
• Followers
• Favorites
• Reviews
• Rating level
• Subscription revenue
• Monthly payout
• Minimum income
• Future income
• Continued publication
• Continued access to the platform.

Your participation as a chef is at your own risk.

27. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, reporting, filings, deductions, registrations, and government obligations related to any money you receive from numnum.

numnum may request tax or identity information before making payments.

numnum may withhold amounts if required by law, payment provider rules, or tax regulations.

numnum is not responsible for your tax obligations.

28. Account Suspension and Termination

numnum may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate your chef account if we believe:

• You violated this Agreement
• You submitted infringing content
• You submitted unsafe content
• You submitted false information
• You manipulated reviews or payouts
• You harassed users
• You harmed the platform
• You created legal risk
• You abused the app
• You uploaded prohibited content
• Your activity appears fraudulent
• Continued access may harm users, chefs, partners, or numnum.

numnum may also terminate or restrict access for business, operational, technical, legal, safety, or compliance reasons.

If your account is terminated, numnum may remove some or all of your Chef Content, but may retain records, backups, audit logs, payout records, legal acceptance records, and previously published or distributed content where permitted by law.

29. Content Removal Requests

You may request removal of your Chef Content through numnum’s official support channel.

numnum will review removal requests according to platform rules and applicable law.

You understand that removal may not be immediate and that some content may remain in:

• Backups
• Legal records
• Audit logs
• Transaction records
• Payout records
• User-saved records
• Cached systems
• App-store screenshots
• Marketing already distributed
• Emails already sent
• Social media posts already published
• Historical platform records.

numnum may retain content where necessary for legal, business, safety, accounting, or dispute purposes.

30. Platform Changes

numnum may change, update, pause, discontinue, or remove any platform feature at any time, including:

• Recipe features
• Chef tools
• Upload tools
• Video features
• Payout features
• Rating systems
• Review systems
• Subscription features
• Categories
• Search
• Recommendations
• Analytics
• Insights
• Calendar features
• Shopping list features.

numnum is not liable to you for platform changes, reduced visibility, loss of expected revenue, loss of followers, or loss of opportunity.

31. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload infringing content
• Upload unsafe recipes
• Upload misleading health claims
• Upload false allergen claims
• Upload copied media
• Upload malware
• Scrape the platform
• Abuse users
• Harass users or chefs
• Manipulate ratings
• Manipulate payout metrics
• Create fake accounts
• Circumvent payment rules
• Misrepresent your identity
• Misrepresent qualifications
• Interfere with the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Sell or transfer your account without permission
• Use numnum for illegal activity
• Damage numnum’s reputation
• Violate applicable laws.

32. Platform Moderation Rights

numnum may monitor, review, moderate, remove, edit, restrict, block, or delete Chef Content.

numnum may do this with or without notice where appropriate.

numnum may use automated systems, manual review, reports, user feedback, admin review, or third-party services to help moderate content.

numnum is not required to publish, promote, host, or preserve any Chef Content.

33. Data, Analytics, and Insights

numnum may collect and use platform data related to your Chef Content, including:

• Views
• Saves
• Favorites
• Ratings
• Reviews
• Search performance
• Category performance
• Cuisine performance
• Ingredient usage
• Calendar additions
• Shopping list additions
• Subscription-related performance
• Payout-related metrics.

numnum owns platform analytics, aggregated data, insights, and performance systems, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

numnum may use aggregated or anonymized data for business, analytics, reporting, product development, marketing, investor materials, and platform improvement.

34. Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information about numnum, including business plans, payout systems, platform rules, technical details, user data, future features, or internal communications.

You agree not to disclose confidential numnum information without written permission.

This obligation continues after your account ends.

35. Privacy and User Data

You must not collect, store, misuse, disclose, or contact users outside the platform unless numnum expressly allows it.

You must not attempt to obtain private user information.

You must not use user data for advertising, solicitation, harassment, external sales, or unauthorized purposes.

If you receive user information by mistake, you must notify numnum and delete it.

36. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless numnum, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, payment providers, hosting providers, partners, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to:

• Your Chef Content
• Your recipes
• Your images
• Your videos
• Your profile information
• Your breach of this Agreement
• Your violation of law
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Copyright infringement claims
• Trademark infringement claims
• Privacy claims
• Publicity claims
• Defamation claims
• Food safety claims
• Allergy claims
• Nutrition claims
• Health claims
• Undisclosed sponsorship claims
• False advertising claims
• User injury claims related to your recipe instructions
• Unsafe or misleading content
• Fake reviews or manipulated ratings
• Payout manipulation
• Tax obligations
• Your use or misuse of the platform.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and this Agreement.

37. Release of Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release numnum from claims, demands, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from:

• User ratings
• User reviews
• User comments
• Recipe performance
• Search ranking
• Recommendation ranking
• Reduced visibility
• Content moderation
• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Payout estimates
• Platform changes
• Loss of expected revenue
• Technical errors
• Temporary outages
• User misuse of recipes
• Third-party actions
• Payment provider issues
• App store issues.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow full releases of certain claims, this release applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, numnum and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, service providers, and partners will not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost business opportunity
• Lost reputation
• Lost data
• Loss of goodwill
• Platform downtime
• Payment provider failures
• App store failures
• User misuse of recipes
• Third-party claims
• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Changes to payout systems
• Changes to platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, numnum’s total liability to you for any claim related to this Agreement or the platform will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount actually paid by numnum to you in the three months before the claim; or
• CAD $100.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations of liability, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

39. No Warranty

The numnum platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

numnum does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available
• The platform will be error-free
• Recipes will receive views
• Chefs will earn money
• Content will remain published
• Payments will process successfully
• Users will behave appropriately
• Reviews will be positive
• The platform will meet your expectations
• The platform will continue operating forever.

numnum disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

40. Disputes Between Chefs and Users

numnum is not responsible for disputes between chefs and users.

You agree not to hold numnum responsible for:

• User misuse of your recipes
• User misunderstanding of your recipes
• User substitutions
• User allergies
• User cooking mistakes
• User negative reviews
• User comments
• User expectations
• User failure to follow instructions.

numnum may assist with disputes but is not required to do so.

41. Third-Party Services

numnum may use third-party services, including:

• Hosting providers
• Payment processors
• Email providers
• Analytics tools
• App stores
• Authentication providers
• Storage providers
• Database providers
• AI or automation tools if used later
• Marketing tools.

Third-party services may have their own terms, outages, rules, limits, fees, and restrictions.

numnum is not responsible for third-party service failures to the maximum extent permitted by law.

42. Payment Providers and App Stores

If payments are processed through Stripe, Apple, Google, or another provider, payment processing may be subject to that provider’s terms and rules.

numnum is not responsible for payment delays, holds, chargebacks, payment failures, account reviews, payment provider restrictions, or app-store rules.

You agree to comply with any payment provider or app-store requirements that apply to your participation.

43. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws selected by numnum in its Terms of Service or other applicable platform legal terms.

If no governing law is separately stated, this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where numnum’s legal business entity is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Additional local terms may apply where required by law.

44. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact numnum through the official support channel and provide a written description of the issue.

You agree to allow numnum a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be required to proceed through mediation, arbitration, or another dispute resolution process if included in numnum’s Terms of Service or other applicable legal terms.

45. Injunctive Relief

You agree that certain violations may cause irreparable harm to numnum, including:

• Intellectual property violations
• Confidentiality breaches
• Platform abuse
• Data misuse
• Fraud
• Reputation harm
• Unauthorized use of user data.

numnum may seek injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate, in addition to other available remedies.

46. Updates to This Agreement

numnum may update this Agreement from time to time.

If material changes are made, numnum may notify chefs by app notice, email, dashboard notice, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of chef features after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.

numnum may require you to tap “I Agree” again before continuing to submit or manage recipes.

47. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.

The invalid portion will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

48. No Waiver

If numnum does not enforce a provision immediately, that does not mean numnum waives the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be in writing and approved by numnum.

49. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without written permission from numnum.

numnum may assign or transfer this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, financing, business transfer, or platform transfer.

50. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with numnum’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Subscription Terms, and any other platform policies referenced by numnum, forms the agreement between you and numnum regarding chef content submission and publishing.

51. Chef Confirmation

By tapping “I Agree,” creating a chef account, submitting Chef Content, uploading content, or continuing to use chef features, you confirm that:

• You have read this Agreement
• You understand this Agreement
• You agree to this Agreement
• Your electronic acceptance is valid
• You have the right to submit your Chef Content
• Your Chef Content does not infringe third-party rights
• Your recipes are submitted at your own responsibility
• Your recipe information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will identify known allergens where applicable
• You understand that chefs do not subscribe
• You understand that payout is not guaranteed
• You understand that numnum may publish, edit, promote, restrict, or remove Chef Content
• You understand that numnum may suspend or terminate chef access if needed
• You agree to indemnify numnum for claims related to your Chef Content or conduct.
